Self Introduction
I usually get up in the morning and go for a run so that I get an energetic start to the day. Yoga is done on weekends or when you need to relax. I don't have a regular exercise buddy yet, but I love meeting other runners when I run outdoors. Sometimes we exchange ideas after a run. Do you like sports too?
