Hello, I'm Emily, a yoga instructor. Dealing with breathing and stretching every day, I've gradually learned to get along gently with life. In the early morning, I practice sunrise yoga on the balcony, and in the evening, I like to walk by the river and listen to the wind. I believe that either the body or the soul should be on the way. Every year, I plan one or two hiking trips to see mountains, rivers, lakes and seas. I hope you are someone who loves life.
