Whether it’s taking up a new hobby, traveling to a new destination, or meeting new people, I embrace new experiences with enthusiasm. I love birdwatching. Observing and identifying different bird species in their natural habitats is a peaceful and educational activity. Birdwatching helps me connect with nature, improves my attention to detail, and provides a sense of calm and relaxation. Pilates is another activity I deeply enjoy. Practicing Pilates helps me build core strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s a low-impact exercise that focuses on controlled movements and breathing, making it both physically and mentally beneficial. Pilates sessions leave me feeling rejuvenated and centered. I also enjoy learning about and collecting antiques. Each antique piece has a story and history behind it, which fascinates me.
