The world moves fast, but I never needed to keep up. While others rush from one thing to the next, I find myself lingering—watching, listening, noticing. The way the morning light filters through the curtains, casting soft gold across the floor. The rhythmic rain tapping against the window is like a song only nature knows. Some people fill every silence with words. I’ve learned that silence has a voice of its own. A glance can say more than a sentence. A quiet moment between two people can hold more meaning than a thousand conversations. I like spaces that feel lived in—books stacked beside a favorite chair, a half-finished cup of tea left on the windowsill. Not messy, just real. I don’t seek perfection. I seek warmth. Authenticity. Things that tell a story without needing to be explained. Connection matters to me. It's not the surface kind, where people talk but don’t say anything.
