I value balance in my life and believe that taking care of myself allows me to show up more fully for others and the things I’m passionate about. I’m also quite independent and resourceful. I enjoy figuring things out on my own and taking on new challenges.

At home, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with different recipes from around the world. I believe food is a way to bring people together, and I love hosting dinner parties or small gatherings where I can share what I’ve created. Whether it’s trying out a new dish I’ve never made before or perfecting a family recipe, cooking allows me to express my creativity and care for others. I also make an effort to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and I’m always on the lookout for new flavors and combinations to try. To me, cooking is both an art and a form of self-care. Speaking of self-care, I make time for relaxation and quiet moments. While I enjoy being active and creative, I also know the importance of slowing down and taking care of my mental and emotional health. Whether it’s reading a good book, soaking in a warm bath, or spending time journaling, I find ways to recharge and reflect.
